Ok so my 04 6mt coupe has been making the clicking noise when i accelerate from a stop coming from my passenger side rear wheel which i have looked up and theres a diy on lubing the axle, but it also clicks when I shift from first to second occasionally as well as downshifting and sometimes when im in first and take my foot off the gas the car jerks and clicks coming from the same area everytime. Im wondering if its the same axle problem or if something else is wrong with it as well because the axle problem only mentions the accelerating click.

 

My symtpoms were:

0. Accel from a stop
0. Going from D - R (or R - D)

I would do the axle click DIY and see what happens. I pulled mine part way out and greased with a brush. I have only put on about 70 miles since doing it but it did stop the clicking for now.

 

ok ya im gonna do it just decided id see if anyone else has had the same problem so i dont need to pull everything out again
