Spongy / Springy Clutch Feeling

This may or may not have been covered, yes I think we can all say that the stock clutch pedal absolutely sucks ***, I think I might be looking into an assembly in the future but for now Id like to see if theres an answer to this, in first gear I get a springy spongy feeling when starting to roll or even rocking back and fourth in traffic due to being bored, my clutch doesnt grind or slip but the feeling in pedal it self is very off putting. Any suggetions on what it could be ? Also, if anyone has any good recommendations for a new clutch assembly bracket that would be cool to, Im not a mechanic so I would have a shop install it, alot of people are saying the aftermarket assemblies are good once you adjust them, I personal dont know how to do this and since a shop would be installing it im sure it would not be adjusted perfectly to my liking, what would you guys suggest as to an assembly that works wonders out of box?
