Non VLSD swap to 3.7 VLSD
I have a 5at 06 coupe which does not have a vlsd at the moment, I found a 3.7 vlsd from a 6mt g37s. Will this differential fit my car? or do I need to currently have a vlsd in order to do the swap.

IIRC you might have to replace the flange that connects to the driveshaft on the 3.7 with the one off of yours, but other than that it should be a simple bolt-on affair.

You should be good. The 6mt vlsd flanges are the same as 03-06 cars. Diffs from G37 AT cars have that weird flange.

Thanks for the info.. Didn't know if they were trying to sell me a non 3.7 since I thought all g37s had the weird flange.

I also thought all the G37 had the same flange - do they all use the 3.69 FD ?
