differential fitment

I have a 2007 G35 6MT coupe. Planning on getting quaife and 4.08 fd along with all new seals and bearings. Car only has 20k on it, so figure I should pull original pumpkin and leave it as is- good for a spare or in case I want to go FI and want original gearing back. So looking to buy a used pumpkin to rebuild with the new parts. I know the quaife is specific to whether diff had oem vlsd or not, but what about the rest as far as compatibility with my car? Does the pumpkin have to be from a manual? A manual six speed? A coupe, any g35, 350z's? 2003-2007? Thanks for any info.
