Maybe you're shifting too soon.. Shifting in sports mode on the A/T is in my opinion is for red line shifting, not putting around town.

I'm experiencing this "bump" or "jerkiness" right before the 2 to 3 shift on very light acceleration only. This is also only when the car is warmed up. This in both "D" and MM.

^^Your situation is common on the 5AT's. A lot of us have the 2-3 hard shift issue and it's not a problem with the tranny, just the way it was designed for some reason.

*UPDATE* So I figured out my problem. I have osiris tune and my tuner plugged in last week and noticed my knock sensor was broken (sending positive knock signal to ecm but no knock was heard or detected by human ear). So he turned off the knock sensor and retuned without it. Apparently the ecm was getting the constant knock signal from the bad sensor causing the engine to cut power (pull back timing) causing the engine to jerk during shifts. This has completely fixed my shifting. Will eventually have to get my knock sensor and / or harness replaced though.
