Car wont go into gear

So was driving to work the other day and noticed it was getting tough to get into gear. Stopped at a red light and once it turned green and tried to go the car would not go into gear. Got it towed back to my place. Didn't see any leaks and the reservoir was full. I decided to replace the master and slave cylinder and even replaced the lines with stainless steel lines. I bleed the lines many many times. Reverse bleed it and did the syringe trick and bench bleed it. Clutch won't spring all the way up and when I turn the car on it still won't go into gear. But when it's off it will. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
