So, I have owned 2 6mt's now, both have done this, very annoying. In any gear, any speed, if you accel, then left off gas and decal in gear, don't push clutch in or anything, the drivetrain freaks out and starts vibrating. the second you apply light accel, it quits, or push clutch in it quits. Tranny mounts? Backlash it drivetrain? How the hell do I fix this it drives me nuts

 

Are you talking about engine braking?

 

I guess yes engine braking would be going on at the same time yes...but it does not feel like engine vibration, it's either rear end, driveshaft, or tranny

 

guessing that this isn't the site for tech info. I can't be the only one to notice this. oh well...maybe I will try 350z forum
