05 clutch issues/suggestions on replacements

Okay so obviously clutches and slave cylinders are weak points on Z/G cars....my 05 G35 coupe 6MT 86k mi. is starting to exhibit clutch issues. I know its never been replaced because its very weak, cant do a burnout or anything at all because the clutch just slips and stinks to high heaven. Also the clutch pedal has gotten stuck about halfway down then popped back up(guessing that is the fault of slave cylinder). I was turning around in a parking lot last night and kinda did a little 180 drift action, never even touched the clutch. But for some reason, it made the clutch pedal like notchy/sticky if you will. Seemed to go away next day. I was looking for dry or worn parts in the pedal assembly. Weird...either way, I know this thing is going to need attention before next season. I am babying it now, but I like to put good stuff back on stronger than stock. What is suggested to replace all at same time. Clutch, flywheel, slave cylinder, master cylinder? What should I go with and what are your thoughts on these issues.
