Driveline clunkage

I seriously need an answer about the drive line on G35's. I have a 2008 G35S with about 85K miles. I spend a lot of time in stop & go traffic and seem to have clunky free play in the drive line. When I slow down it clunks and also when I accelerate. It drives me nuts!! ( why I won't ever get a front wheel drive car ever again.) I need to know whats going on, do I need a drive shaft, trans mounts, flex disc or what?? Or is this just inherent in these cars. I can't imagine a nice Japanese performance sedan would be this sloppy. I had some service done at the dealer and they gave me a 2014 G35 loaner, and seemed just as clunky. Is this just the way they is?
I love this car, but I can't stand clunking. I've had many different performance cars over the years including several high mile Bimmers, they are notorious, if ya want it to drive and ride like they should, you usually have to replace every piece of rubber underneath.

Somebody give me a clue
