I have an 04' G35 coupe 5AT with the Performance Wheel and Tire package with LSD. When I start my car up after it has been sitting in the cold for a while and go to reverse, or move foward I get a loud moaning noise that sounds like it is coming from the back of the car. It lasts about 5-6 seconds then goes away as I keep moving. The car only has 2000 miles on it, this started around 1200 miles. I am not putting any pressure on the brake when this happens. I don't know if it could be the differential or the brakes. I usually leave the car in Park without the E-brake on. Thanks

Can you say ABS self test?
That is my guess. It does that on ALL G35s. During the first few feet of
driving after starting the car, the ABS system does a self test. Sounds like a
Humm or Fart.
