Does this make pressing on the clutch more softer than oem?

Yes. The pedal is easier to push and more linear.

Is there any adjustability in pedal feel like the newer versions or are you stuck with what you get with the 2.2

Not exactly sure what you mean but the pedal is much easier to modulate as it engages the clutch in a more linear fashion.

You can change the engagement point from high to low and the engagement window from short to narrow. You can also make the pedal stiffer or softer.

This is the same overall pedal as the later versions, but the way you adjust it is different. The new ones use a dial and the clutch fork. This one uses 3 bolts and the clutch fork.
