new Problem with 2005 6MT shifting

Just recently, it became very hard, if not impossible to shift at a complete stop when first starting car. Turning off engine allows me to put it into first or reverse and then start the car. It then is very difficult to shift up or down really and impossible to start off in first. It feels as if the gears are not rev matching and I can feel grinding if I push too hard. At first I though it was because it had just become really cold and it seemed to improve with the engine warming up. But now it is clear that the problem is something much more. The clutch seems the same as ever. Where is the problem? Any help or suggestions will be much appreciated.

You have two things to look at, well three, clutch master, slave, and the clutch itself. All can give this symptom.

I think the clutch issues mentioned must be the problem. Will be having it looked at Monday. The transmission fluid was changed less than 5000 miles ago with OEM fluid and had been fine until this issue. Thanks will post outcome.
