6mt stuck in gear

Was reverse parked on a slope and put the car in reverse with the hand brake on. Came out later and the car appears to be stuck in 6th or 4th gear. Any ideas how to get it out of gear?

Press the clutch?

Check if your clutch master cylinder still has fluid, may have sprung a leak or something?

Press the clutch, release the parking brake, roll back just a tiny bit and I bet it pops right out.
