clutch / flywheel question

Good day Everyone, New member here.

I just picked up a 2005 6mt Coupe with a blown engine. I have a line on a JDM non revup engine and all that is required to install it, so that's not an issue.. My question is this. I have a new South Bend Clutch stage 3 endurance clutch assembly from a previous build, its never been installed. In your opinion would be ok to install this during my engine swap while keeping everything else stock? The car has 185,000km (115,000 miles), should i also consider swapping out the duel mass flywheel with a lightened unit at this time too, or keep stock weight single mass flywheel? I may at some point apply force induction or LS swap it.. Probably the first choice depending on costs.. Intended use is summer dailey driver, with some spirited weekend fun..

It should transfer over super easy.

if you have plans to change it some day, you probably should Just run it.
you may have to reflash if i am reading that right. Revup to non-rev engine.

the exhaust cam sensors won’t be there either.

Check the minimum specs on the clutch / flywheel. Mine was bottom spec, so I sent it in to be repadded.

I scotch brited the flywheel, it didn’t need resurfacing.
