quesitons before i purchase new clutch!!

my clutch is almost gone so after researching i decided to go with ACT. Now I was thinking of getting the lightweight flywheel also but a lot of my friends says its not good because it doesnt balance inside the engine??? if thats true, what will i need to go with the flywheel?

A properly built and balanced flywheel, no matter what the material is, should not cause any negative affect to the motor or rotating assembly. The only way that a flywheel would be problematic is if the flywheel had the incorrect balance. Though I cannot answer for every manufacture, I can tell you that our (SPEC, Inc.) flywheels are balanced accordingly. This is something that you should be able to ask any manufacture and they should be willing to provide this info without question. Please let me know if you need anything else. Thanks,
