picked my car up today. new tranni due to 3rd's synchro eating it self liquid metal in teh tranni fluid is what they said. at first i thought three was no 5th or 6th gear then i figured out that they are about 1/4 inch to the left from where they were with the old tranni. shoudl i take i back or just get used to to. they said they had to order the tranni from japan. so maybe thats why. or maybe it jot sitting right. its like all the gears are sitting to the left by about 1/4 inch. any ideas? it will take some getting used to so should i take it back? and have them see if they can fix it. is there a newer tranni or revised tranni that they may have used?

 

talked to the guy who instlled the tranni today he told me that it has been revamped. and the gears are closer together along with some other improvements. they are similar to the 05 and a big improvement over the 03 so he says we will see.
