replace torque converter

Just wondering if anyone has replaced their stock torque converter with an aftermarket one? And if so which company did you go with? Thanks

Leven Ten is a popular choice as well... I'll probably be getting my valve-body upgraded, but I don't see the need for a TC upgrade as I have my car set up for road-racing more than anything else...

I believe the converter work was around $400. Of coure the the removal and replacment, 6 to 10 quarts of Nissan Type J ATF Fluid and maybe some new exhaust system gaskets and transmission seals (I have a spare set of seals if someone's interested) will be on top of that.
