Yaw Sensor - Zero Effect

In the ongoing quest for speed, I have tried several of the "tricks" posted here to lower my ET's at the strip.

Nothing, to date, has provided measurable results. (except the mods )

I went to the strip about a week ago, excited about pulling the yaw sensor and potentially removing the dreadful lag when power-braking. Someone else posted a VERY FAVORABLE butt-dyno result of this mod.

Results: zip.

I not only unplugged the sensor, I put it in my tool box. Runs before and after differed by less than 1/100th of a second (G35x=very consistent).

I will now have to delve into the programming end of things to attempt to eliminate the powerbrake LAG. I see no other avenue of exploration at this time.

To whomever posted that it made a difference: either we are driving different cars, or your a$$ needs serious calibration.

BTW make sure you have the right tools unless you have very small fingers!

So what did you run?

I didn't bother fiddling with yanking any sensors last Sunday at the track because I was getting perfect launches.
