i was at a stop light when i started to go...but when i shifted into first gear it didnt wanna go any faster then 3mph or so....the service engine light came on and the SLIP light came on as well...i thought maybe i accidentally had it in third or something so i dropped it back to neutral and put it back to first gear but it still didnt wanna go any faster the 3mph...i eventually had to pull over to the side of the road and shut off the car...after starting the car back up, it started to drive normally again but the service engine light is still on....

anyone know what this can relate to or someone experience the same issue??? this sounds like a similar issue my friend had but with his honda prelude...which eventually needed to be replaced....
