Thanks for this write up, it helped me out huge! Took me about 2 hours, but I did have a really hard time getting the bigger belt on, I had to roll it onto the crank.

it won't do anything to your AWD setup

 

Nice write up. I.ve had mine on for 5 years,and I've had it on an 05,06,08 and 0n my 03 Max. you can tell the diffrance more with the FWD. but i think it's worth it for the G.

 

Anyone seen a DIY for replacing a water pump on 04 g35? I've seen some pictures but those were from people with the engine completely out of their car. Any info would help. thanks!

 

comming back to this when i go to to my install. did you do ever do all 3 pulleys or just the crank?

 

I know this is an old thread but figured it could use a bump.

I do have 2 questions

1. How much HP will I gain doing the UR Crank Pulley?

2. I know some people have done all three pulleys. What's the difference between just doing the crank or all three

I've read a couple of these now. It doesn't seem like anyone has any real world data on the swap, either before or after.

The instructions are good though.
