that link to g35mods is awesome. They have great install instructions! took me 12 min to install z tube

In step 6 are u supposed to follow the instruction provided in JWT site or can u just continue to follow the DIY ?

Dont know what step 6 says. Its pretty straight foward though. You dont need to use the heatshield at all though.

hey sorry but u just got a 04 g and i got the same set up just wondering how too clean the filter or where could i get a new one even better cuz mines is looking beat up.

Great write up...hate the rubber on the heat shield though. Is everyone running the shield?

Also does everyone have the whistle. I was kind of hoping the pop charger wouldn't have it but it does

So I got my mechanic to do my Z tube/JWT pop charger except the thing is that he only put the JWT charger in and the heat shield isnt even installed and they said Z tube wouldnt fit... So i was wondering does it matter what year of G i have? or what year Z that z tube came off of? I have a 05 g35x sedan and I really rather have the Z tube then stock obviously
