Nismo Cams and passing inspection

Ok, if I install these camshafts, what are the chances that I won't pass inspection in Texas?

I don't think you're going to have an issue at all. I'm in San Angelo and they never seem to do a sniffer test. And with all of the heavily modded, turbo-diesel trucks around here, it's probably a good thing.

The S1 cams don't seem to provide any real benefit on the RevUp motor, which leads me to believe that the cams are going to turn your 287 motor into something closer to the RevUp. Shouldn't be an issue passing inspection if that's the case. I don't think the S1 cams are all that aggressive.
