Sorry about the LONG A$$ Link...if anyonw knows about it or has it installed let me know!! I am curious if this is the "70+hp" (haha) chip that the dealers seem to talk about, but cannot produce anything on....(I dont expect ANY chip to give 70 hp, more like 20...) Thanks!

It's made for the Japan-spec Skyline GT and good luck getting anyone from Impul to respond to any inquiries...I understand it resets the redline and more efficiently tunes the fuel maps...No answer as to what the HP and torque gains are...Get the TechnoSquare ECU...

I e-mailed japanparts.com and got a reply of:

Has no application for US models as Japanese and USA ECU's are different.
I can have Mines reprogram a USA ECU, if you supply me an
ECU on an exchange basis to be modified.
We have Schuitemaker's Z-33 race car done like this.
The vehicle's immobilizer is lost permanently as a result of
the programming.
Warranty is one year provided the ECU you supply is a new,
genuine Nissan part.
Horsepower gains are entirely dependent on what other modifications have been done to your unit: exhaust/headers/cams, etc.
