Spacer

There are several types of spacers for the G35. Which one should I get. If weather has any effect in the spacer to be installed, what would you need in South Florida ??

I can't believe the Andy#### guy hasn't responded yet. He must be off the payroll at Motordyne.

a spacer is a spacer. it just adds air volume in the intake plenum. pick whatever brand, they all work.

I will pick MD Isothermal spacer (5/16"), it has worked for me and many other people on this board with zero negative feedbacks. Why try sth that has fitment problems as opposed to one that is proven to work well in terms of:

Fit, form, strength and function =)

Someone said if it snows in south florida go with the copper. I am in NJ and it does snow here in the winter. would the copper be a better choice for my area, and why?? thought it just helped keep it cooler, and would be better in the summer times?

MD 5/16" Iso Thermal FTW. Simply the best out there.

shellguy05, keeping the intake temp low is good no matter what. For winter, add a TB heater. It prevents ice from forming inside your TB.

I would strongly suggest a Motordyne ISO Thermal spacer. If you are expecting to experience cold weather (below 55 degrees F), you might consider the Copper Heating Plate option, as well.
