Question SAE Factor from Old to New J1349

Does anyone have a web link to a conversion program from the old SAE horsepower/tq ratings to the new SAE Certified J1349 standard?

On second thought, does one even exist because the changes appear to be vehicle specific and not based on a common factor. . .Is there a common factor for the G?

Well if helps, the 2007 G35 coupe (not the new body style) 280hp 5AT and 298hp 6MT have been downrated about 5hp/3tq with the new system.
