Ok, Z-tube/Pop-charger help...
Alright, I've never really looked into the z-tube and pop-charger. But I tonight got curious and looked. The pop-charger is nothing more than a heat shield, right?
And what's the benefit of the Z-tube over the basic Stillen Hi-flow airbox setup? What does the Z-tube do over the basic stock piping? Thanks!

I just got lazy. And now that I did, I am disregarding my idea of getting one - I already got intake/exhaust/spacer, so the sound would be barely - if at all - noticable most likely.

ztube replaces the gtube. the gtube has sound bafflers. ztube plus: stillen airbox/k&n drop in/pop charger will be louder
i dont think you will get any increase in noise with gtube plus: : stillen airbox/k&n drop in/pop charger
pop charger is not just a heat shield..

I had the MREV+, headers and cats before I installed the Z-tube and a simple, hi-flow drop-in filter. There's a big difference in intake sound. There's a nice intake growl, that's easily twice as loud as stock (considering stock was hardly any intake noise), that is a perfect match for the headers/cats. Not sure how much of an impact the MREV+ had on intake growl with the Z-tube, but it wasn't really noticeable without the Z-tube.
I'm not giving the drop-in filter any credit in the increased intake growl/volume.
This change is very apparent above 4000RPM at WOT.
From my understanding, the JWT pop charger adds an additional whine/whistle and an even more noticeable sound of the rushing intake charge (as you should expect from a conical, open-element intake-filter assembly with a velocity/venturi ring).
