Thumbs up ITB? How'd they do that?

I understand ITBs but my question is how are they controllling the throttle in this F1 engine dyno vid. Its an amazing vid, and the first time I have actually seen injectors in action real time. Its hard to tell from the vid but I believe the throttle plates are post injector. My confusion is the fact that wouldn't a post injector throttle plate cause a lot of turbulance at part throttle not to mention condensing the atomized fuel from the injector on the throttle plate to some degree? Wouldn't a post injector be more effecient? I must of watched the vid five times already just to see the injectors spray! In any case its one of the better enige vids I have seen so I thought I would share it with my fellow gear heads Oh and if it is a repost... stop reading
