HELP engine wont start after aem air filter install

First i checked the mass airflow sensor and it wasnt all the way plugged in so I plugged it all the way in then did an ecu reset. Now when I start the car it revs up like normal for a about a second then boggs down quickly. I cant figure it out does anyone know whats wrong?

you messed up your idle, when you start the car play around with the gas peddle and get it to the dealer they will fix the idle, takes about 5-10 min. o and make sure you take the intake off and if they ask you anything tell them you have no idea.

Sounds like a vacuum leak.

If it starts and immediately shuts down I'll bet my money you either have some that's blocking airflow in the intake (although very unlikely), or more probable: faulty MAF sensor. Do you have a recently installed aftermarket intake? If so, take it out, if not, take it to the dealer.

I have taken the MAF off several times, started the car without having it plugged in. It will throw the SES light. You can clear the computer with the pedal reset method. Or if you don't know how to do that, you can pull the negative battery terminal for 8-16 hrs. I would suggest a computer reset as step one.
Stealer as step never! with an aftermarket intake problem

Go back to stock, and see what happens.

When you start the car, does it die if you step on the gas? Def a sign that the MAF sensor is dead

Just go back to stock, and get infiniti road side assistance to take it to the dealer. They should fix it under warranty
