I've had to email them a couple of times with questions and also called and left a message. On all ocassions, I was contacted back the same day.

Good customer service is always a plus.

Absolutely!

I have left several emails/messages for Technosquare the past couple of weeks without a single response.

I was leaning towards pulling the trigger on the new UpRev solution BUT their website seems like it's been down for the past couple of days.
