G Sedan Issue HELP

I thought maybe someone could point me in the right direction. I have a 03 G Sedan and the thing does not want to accelerate. It feels like the clutch is slipping when I gas it the RPMS go way up and back down sporadically. But the car is an auto not a stick. Even in manual mode the car wont excel or shift correctly. It kind of stutters on acceleration then the RPms will jump up unless I speed up very slowly the car seems fine but under any heavy/ moderate throttle the car starts messing up what could this be maybe a sensor?
