Does anyone know the differance between the vq in the maxima and the vq
in the g besides the trans and intake manifold,will it bolt up to the 6 speed trans,is it internaly the same,is there a revup verison for the maxima, i am asking because there is someone localy selling a vq motor out of a maxima and he says it should bolt up,I am going to look at it this weekend.

 

it should bolt up because i know the vq35 bolts up to the maxima 5 speed. go to www.maxima.org you can get all the info you need there. i can understand puttin the vq35 in the maxima but not the vq30 in a G....huge difference in power or am i not understanding....anyway maxima.org is the place to go.
