Knowhow also worth money. It's as simple as a resisstor that bias your air meter reading. But do you know which resistor to pick? There was a thread on Twintrbo.net talked about this topic and a member who also build/sell moded ECU also admit that mod ECU basically is doing the same thing for your car, just in a much more complexicate fashion. Car maker perpared one or few fuel map for your car, this resistor thing just simplely shift it a little bit to let you feel more power. Curde, not optimized but works.
This is a Technical and Modification forums, I don't see any reason to bash/mocking here. Just state the fact and leave the judgement to readers.

IMHO, this thing is pure garbage that someone is trying to pawn off on unsuspecting customers. Yes we are having a little "fun" with it but what's the big deal? I'll be the first one to admit I'm wrong but until real data is shown (Torque, Hp, and A/F data) I will continue to give my opinion. The claims on this product are ludicrous. And that is all they are is claims. When someone puts something like this out without any real technical backup, they open themselves up for criticism. This is a forum and we still have freedom of speech in this country. To me the topic and discussion is in line with a technical and modifications forum.

I don't like trashing anyone’s product or trying to kill business for anyone. When a product is pure BS and they're ripping people off though, it's open game.
Good intensions and bad intensions can be seen. Good customer relations are always a plus. Rip off artists and scammers are found out sooner or later.

can't stand scammers.. so many of them on ebay, even though ebay tries to do a good job of screening to some extent.. uBid, on the otherhand, is terrible.
