My car turned off while driving....

Had the same issue with an ICEMAN CAI on my Civic years back. Happened whenever I made a drastic RPM change and the CAI was loose somewhere. The engine would all but stall with lights on the dash coming on etc.
I learned to check on the CAI often, as it was one of the few 'fixed' pieces connecting the engine to the chassis and experienced lots of flex, and paid a little more attention to my driving.

how's your oil and coolant levels.
I see so many threads on here about G's shutting down while driving.
I owned my g for almost 2 years not and It never did anything like that. And I put it through some serious tests.
I know that a diesel truck will shut down on you if oil or coolant levels are low. I would imagine that in car such advances as Infiniti G35 this safety feature would be installed as well.
I know this happened long time ago, but do you have any idea what was your oil and coolant level at the time when it shut off on you?
