The chart on the page was in theory. At the top of the chart it is plainly stated as such
"The highest speed, when with 5 speeds AT, 7500 times turning with 4th gear directly connected gears, reaches to as many as 259.2 kilometers. In comparison with the specification of present 6600 revolutions, speed exceeds also 10 kilometers. In addition, because final gear ratio is 3.692, it is presumed that suitable acceleration force has become good, in comparison with current 3.357.
