Popcharger: New vs Old

What's the downside of buying a popcharger that has a decent amount of miles on it? For example the one in the image I have attached. Thanks

just need to be washed nd apply filter oil

yup just get the k & N filter cleaner

you can also see there is a dent on the filter, any problem with that (I presonally dont think so) ?

just needs to be cleaned ... as long as theres not any holes in it
