Click sound from from front wheels

Hello,

I have been getting a click - click sound from the front wheel when i reverse and turn the car either to the left or right. My car is under warranty but not sure if it's an axel or transmission problem. Does any one have experience with this?

I have a 5MT 04 Coup.

I posted a thread on this about a month ago. Seems to be that you are maxing out your steering wheel, and those are just the stop points you are hitting.

If that isnt true, then I have the same problem.

Double check that all the lug nuts are tight. I had a clicking noise from a wheel and tightening the lug nuts fixed it.

I had same problem...the dealer told me it was a TSB - and they actually replaced the front bearings...can't find the TSB though.

I took my car to the dealer and he told me that the sound was due to worn out front discs on the brakes. For some reason the sound only comes when i backup. However if i backup and dont hold down the brakes i dont get the sound. It look like they are telling me the truth.

My car does the same thing, I only noticed it after being lowered with 20's. When backing up, the clicking sound takes place before the wheel hits the stop, so it occurs at 3/4 to 1 full steering wheel rotation.

I'm lowered on Z/Coupe springs and have the SPC front and rear kit and started hearing that noise. Is sounds more like a scraping/clicking noise. Any way to remedy it?

After I lowered, I got the sound... then I went back up (speedbumps in downtown Vegas are a b*tch) and it's still there. Curious.

Any clue as to what the sound was or is exactly? Is it something I should be concerned about besides from it's annoyance?
