Kinetix Plenum Install Question PITA Gray Plug

I just got the Kinetix Plenum and was installing it, and everything was going great until I got to the step that said "unplug the gray plug from the throttle body." Sounds easy, except that thing is on really tight and it looks electronic which usually means fragile, so I am afraid to pull on it too hard or pry it off. Does anyone know how to get if off, is there some clip I am supposed to push, or is there a trick. Please let me know otherwise it is $170 to get a mechanic to do it and it really looks easy, except for that PITA plug that won't come off. Thanks for your help.

I do not have my car around to get a pic and show you (in the body shop) but there is a tab your suppose to push down to release the two connectors. I am not sure which side it is on I forget but there is a tab you need to push down to release the two connectors. If you do not have the throttle body off already then you might need to take it off to locate it. If you can't get it off still then PM me and I will be happy to work with you on it.

Thanks you very much. My second plenum was shipped today. The first one was cracked by the mechanics when they overtightened the bolts, so this time I am doing it myself. I will let you know how it goes. I appreciate knowing I have some support.
