What makes your oil smell like gas? A lot of blow by? Does that mean ring lands are going? Car doesn't smoke [except some black at WOT] and occasional blue puff on start up [no catch can].
TIA

If there is that heavy of an odor of gas in your oil, I'd recommend changing the oil ASAP. Oil that is heavily contaminated with gas has its lubricating ability cut to almost nothing and all the engine bearings and other wear surfaces will experience extremely rapid wear to the point where it can destroy your engine. For the best engine protection, I'd recommend using a leading synthetic oil: AMSOIL, Mobil 1, Red Line.
Black smoke out the exhaust = unburned fuel/too rich conidition.
Blue smoke out the exhaust = oil being burned.
I hope this has been of some help. Good luck with it.

How is your mileage? Bad? Gas in oil really dilutes it. So chaning it is important. If I had to guess, I'd say you have one or more leaking injector o-rings, letting gas around the injector vs though it. This is unmetered gas and can cause what you are smelling. If the o-ring is leaky, it's letting in gas into the combustion chamber all the time.

Now that I live in a smaller city I don't do much freeway driving- so I don't hardly ever reach 60mph except for showing off between stop lights... so my gas milage really sucks, lol.
I'm ProCharged and running a return fuel system with the Walbro 255 and 720cc injectors [thats my excuse for ****ty fuel milage] but when I do take highway trip it seems to have about the same MPG as stock.
I've been using Valvoline [synthetic of course] for the past 4-5 changes, only one change has gone over 3,000miles [went about 4,000] as I'm usually religious about it.
Engine has 25,000 miles on it; around 9,000 with the ProCharger. Nothing has changed for about the past 2 oil changes, except tuning, and only noticed the gas smell in the oil this last time. Car hasn't been consuming any oil, or anything else weird...
I know that the gas is going to break down the oil quicker. But was just wondering if anyone, especially turbo or 'charged, has noticed this and if there is a way to stop it, or if its just due to engine damage [this is unlikely- due to the fact that I have not been able to go above 4500RPM because of a tranny issue].
