big time, I can understand the feeling when they used that reason to reject you because they rejected me with the same reason once and I couldn't do anything about it. But since we have someone that is willing to help on your issue then I hope you can get them back and get your issue fix. Once your issue is fix then I know you will work on the pictures for me. Ha ha.

Yes I refused because they want me to pay for the tear down and instal back up if isn't clutch's problem. My issue before was, my 1st and 2nd gears are hard to get in in the moring after I changed the trany fluid.

I asked them what was the problem for doing that because tech experience the same thing next morning after I left the car at the dealer over night. They said they don't know but they said if I want them to check the clutch then i will have to pay tear down and instal back up if my clutch isn't the problem. I was liek **** that ****, what kind of bull **** is that. So I took my car back and left. I wanted them to check the trany but they said the same thing as clutch that I will have to pay. I am telling you that dealers like to use this to shut us off. They also said that clutch isn't part of the warrenty therefore I will have pay for the parts if I need to change the clutch. regard on changing or not, i will have to pay for the labor. That sucks.

Yes I denied them opening the tranny, at first I told them I will wait till the clutch goes out then change it. Then the problem got worse and I researched the problem and asked the service manager a bunch of questions. When he said it was the clutch , I asked him how, it only happens in 3rd and 4th, if it was the clutch it would happen iin every gear. They said they would check it free of charge but I still denied. So i took the service manager out for a drive and i showed him what was going on. Then he drove it and told me yup, it's the syncros, you need a new tranny. Infiniti won't replace a syncro, they will just give you a new tranny.
