30 minute converasion broken down
consumer affair: well ur going to have to deal w/ the service manager on that
me: i did..they told me its my clutch, but its not! (gave details)
consumer affair: the best thing i could suggest is paying the $600 teardown cost and its up to the service manager if he wants to re-enburst u or not, giving if its ur clutch or tranny..
me: hmmmm but its not my clutch its my tranny...whats the point of having warranty if i cant get the problem solved...
consumer affair: pay the $600 (pretty much what he said) and talk to ur dealership
me: i am not paying!..and i did talk to them and they told me to call u guys!
consumer affair: well ur just gotta have to talk to dealership..
and guess what he had the nerve to say!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
consumer affair: hey man im not tryin' to give u the run-around or anything
then i got pretty pissed!!
me: what the f#$k do u mean ur not giving me the run-around..i talk to the dealership and they tell me to talk to u...and what do u do?...u tell me to talk to them again....what does that look like to u?????????????????????? (i wanted to say bitch!...but didnt )
consumer affair: uh huh uh uh uh.....
me: hung up!...ready to box!!!.... ..lol

Tell the consumer affair line.. "What about all the other trannys you guys changed U.S. wide".. Tell them you have an invoice from the forum for the same symptoms as I did.
Damn, I know how you feel, but the Infiniti guys I delt with at Albuquerque were'nt such retards, they were actually customer service oriented to a point and they had some knowledge on trannies..... Good luck..
