Every 96 and later owner should have a personal [~~$100] OBD2 scanner to determine which codes are CRITICAL and which ones can wait a week or 2.

There are almost 600 different codes possible only about 15% could be critical.

Went to the dealer today. All it was is a bad oxygen sensor. W00t.
