TB Cleaning

Does anyone have or know where I can get a write up with pics on how to remove the Throttle body and clean it.

My car's engine light came on and i went to autozone to get the code.

The code is
P1121 Electronic Throttle Control Actuator

Infiniti says they would have to replace the throttle chamber. But i talk to some other people and they said to clean it first and see if that works.

Thanks

Are you out of warranty? Mods that you don't want to take off? I would let them do it if it's covered.

Im not under warranty anymore. And no mods. They said it is just sticking. I would rather save the 425 dollars and give it a good cleaning and see if it works.

You'll need to have it replaced sooner or later. The inside of the chamber has as coating on it, cleaning it will just take it off. But to remove it just remove your intake tube and its four bolts

Search. . .I cleaned mine and the MAF. Worked nicely afterwards. It was described in some thread on "stalling engine" or something. You can search my name or whatever.

I've driven 110k miles on my car, and the TB hasn't EVER given me problems.
