im no expert - but id think if you got a stage 2 it would last longer, especially if it is made to handle huge numbers, and you got just a couple mods.

just my thinking

I was actually thinking the exact same thing! I already have exhaust, intake and i wanna do a little bit more but nothing MAJOR.

Where do you get a stage 2 clutch from? Any trusted websites you guys can refer me too? I want the whole thing! Clutch Flywheel and all the other nessasary stuff!

Why change the clutch if you're only doing bolt-ons?

Doesnt an aftermarked clutch transfer power from the engine to the rear wheels better then a stock one?

Once the clutch is fully engaged, it transfers 100% of the power to the transmission regardless of whether it's stock -> triple disc stage 8. Only if your stock clutch is slipping will you transfer more power. The advantage to an aftermarket clutch is A.) it will hold more power before slipping and B.) it might be lighter weight, which reducing rotating mass for marginal gains.

That said, I'm about to go single turbo in a bone stock 2004 Sedan (400HP) and Vinny Ten Racing says the stock clutch will hold OK; I'm sure with reduced life. Personally, I wouldn't replace the clutch until it shows signs that it's slipping.
