Cheapest place to buy OEM Oil Filter?

Anyone know where the cheapest place to buy the OEM Oil Filters along with the crush washer rings?

(not sure if this is the correct section to post this)

concept Z has them for $5.50 - not sure how much shipping is though, but $5 is pretty cheap

napa gold, puralator pureone, K&N, Wix, mobil1. Pretty much everything is better than the OEM filter with its FRAM esque construction and cardboard endcaps
