HP increase combined MODS.

How much additional HP would I get once I combine the following mods to my 05 6mt. [FI exhaust & CATS, Stillen Air box W/Z tube, Mrev 2 with 5/16 spacer].

Thanks,

Search is your friend.

But since im a nice guy you will probably get between 7-10HP out of all that. Maybe a little more but not by much.

Add a u-tech and you might see 15-20 WHP.

How about you all kiss by A**. This is not a stupid question. I can not see how all those mods can get me less then 10 HP. I thought I was looking about 25-30 HP with that.

First off dude, you wanna run an FI exhaust i.e. 3" exhaust, which on a NA application will cause you to lose back pressure and lose power. Bolt on's don't make much power on a stock ecu and even with a standalone or piggyback you still won't make much more.

In order to make the most gains on a NA motor your gonna want to up the compression and stoke it, cams, ported heads,etc... If you really want some big power your gonna have to squeeze a lot more air and fuel into the mixture and that means going FI.

If you went with a 2.5" exhaust and all the other mods you listed you can look at 10-15hp max on your top end with a reflash or standalone but when you do these mods you should be looking at your overall power curve, not just the top end.

YOU NEED TO CHILL...

intakes and exhaust are mostly for sound. none or very little hp/tq gain.

I agree with everything u said besides the stock ECU is fully tunable now thanks to osiris software. Now finding a shop that can do it is the hardest part. I just got my car done and that software can control every part of the car including A/F, cam angle, speed limiter, idle rpm, etc, etc.

To the OP: Those mods wont do much. Maybe 5-10 whp. But with a tune u are looking 20-25 rear wheel peak hp plus a lot of power and tq in midrange and thats when ur car becomes faster. Many people are looking for the peak hp and that does NOT do much for the car. The stock ECU tune is very conservative and runs very lean at midrange.
