CEL on after TB re-calibration when blipping feul

So i went ahead and tried to do the TB re calibration as I felt it may do something for my idle which seems to be getting a little rough. The idle is very stable but I've been feeling more vibrations through the shifter lately. When I'm done with the part that is similar to the ecu reset and it tells you to turn on the engine, and I give it gas, the CEL goes on when the rpms are going up, and turns off when it goes back down. I give it a little gas 3 times and it happens every time. After I turn the car off and back on it goes away. Anyone have any idea why the CEL comes on when I give it gas only AFTER I perform a TB recalibration?

no. Never cleaned either of them too. I might try to clean the MAF this weekend.
