help bogging problem!!

hey guys i have a vortec sc kit on my car just last night for the first time i have this issue now.
when i punch the car or floor it my car bogs over 4.5 rpm and it wont accelerate its weard almost like tractin come on feels the same but no lighs blinking or anything.
i can rev above 4.5 under normal driveing but if i want to pick up fast this keeps happing. im wondering if it could be a traction control problem? cause i did just put differnt tires on the rear and there a bit smaller then stock.. however this heppend even if i turn traction control off.
anyone have any ideas?
ps no check lights came on and the car seems great under normal driveing.
should i take it to my tuner to see if theres something with the air fule or the timeing or something
or should i go to a dealership to see if its ecu problem or someting?
