Check Engine Light =\

It popped back on today for the 2nd time in 3 weeks....it first happened after i had my stillen intake installed and on for about 3 days. I reset it with the pedal method and didn't think much about it, and just now it popped back up, gonna take it to autozone and check it tomorrow.

meh - i hope its nothing serious. Reason im making a post is to ask...i remember the dude i installed my cat's with saying that after a while the cats might through the sensors off and cause a CEL. What do you guys think?

yea - o2 sensor's on the cat's are triggering the CEL. I just reset it - but its gonna worry me if it keeps coming on - what do you guys think, will it be bad for the car in the long run?

well technically O2s should last for a long time unless you have a rich mixture in the engine. Vacuum leaks anywhere on the manifold or intake tube will trigger the ECU to dump more fuel. More fuel = bad for O2 sensors.. Check you stillen intake and MAF, double check every clamp and bolt.

If you have low miles go to the dealer, I think this could be covered by warranty. I'm not sure though, might want to get some more feedback from someone who knows for sure.

Good luck

I have Kinetix HFCs and haven't had any trouble with O2 sensor codes.
