hmm I don't recall seeing one.. But it's in the manual I think.

Pretty simple, push Corners towards the bumber a 1/4 inch and pull out.

Re: DIY for Clear Corners?

I was more concerned about which bolts to pull out in the wheel well. Didn't want to pull out too many, just the ones I needed. Am I suppose to take the whole fender off, or just pull it back?

You don't need any tools. Just pull on it from the wheel well corner. Pops out real easily.

Re: DIY for Clear Corners?

Dan,
which bulb are you trying to clear out? You refer to pulling bolts from the wheel well which suggests you are trying to clear corner the blinker in the headlight housing. If that is the case then it is a bit more complicated, if it is the sidemarker then as said above it is cake.

If you want the headlight housing out do the following.
1. Jack up the car, not all the way, just enough to get some working room between the top of the tire and the wheel well (removing the tire helps but is not necessary unless you are a contestant on world's strongest man).
2. Just start removing bolts and clips. There are DIY posts on which ones you need to remove and which you don't, but they aren't hard to remove and if you do it right no damage should be done so I just removed them all.
3. Pull away the plastic until you can get your hands through to the headlight housing.

Do the steps in reverse to reassemble.

ALso, it should be noted that making that bulb clear is not really a DIY project, you pretty much have to buy a new housing as otherwise it involves breaking the housing then eposying it back together.

SOrry for the long post, but hope it helps.

Some mistakes are too much fun to only make once.

I am about to do this today, and let me add that the instructions say that you should disconnect your battery. Instructions are in Japanese and my roomate translated it for me.

Re: DIY for Clear Corners?

All of these directions are completely unnecessary. NO tools are required at all - what is all of this utter nonsense about jacking up the car, etc?

Simply pull off the existing corner lenses with your hands.
