Replacement long block; those with the 10102-AC7M9 block please chime in...

Hi all,

I've had my engine replaced for oil consumption and the engine assy-bare is part # 10102-AC7M1...after 1500 mile break in (try'n to keep under 3k rpm) I'm back in for consumption tests.

I'd like to know for those that have 10102-AC7M9 replacement block...how are you fairing, have you had any oil consumption tests, or anything wrong with it, even though most probably don't have that much mileage on them.

I went in inquiring why I didni't get the newest part number block, and my service rep even put his parts guy on speaker to ask what's the newest block part number. He required my car's vin, and basically stated that the M9 wasn't for my car and that the M1 number was. (06 g35).

I'm just try'n to get some info on these 2 long blocks...I'm a little bummed and pissed that I'll be going through this again...and if I can get them to do it right this 2nd time around.
